Arnaud Ulrich, could you tell us about Coopleo, which has been awarded the Prix des Couples by the Alliance de l'Amour Durable?
Coopleo.care offers a range of solutions, from preparing for a major life stage with the Rendez-vous Toi & Moi events to putting you in touch with professionals. Through our platform, we bring together professionals working with couples (relationship therapists, marriage and family counsellors, sex therapists and family mediators) and work with them to organise and structure this new professional sector.
What is Coopleo's added value?
Our approach is based on taking these questions seriously. One of the main reasons that couples put off talking to a qualified professional is the fear of running into an unscrupulous charlatan. This is why we have created a network of more than 200 professionals specialising in relationship counselling, all of whom have been rigorously selected to guarantee their expertise.
How did the idea for this project come about?
The Covid-19 pandemic brought to light the difficulties that families can find themselves faced with when small conflicts turn into major crises. With the arrival of a child, getting married or starting a new job, we often focus on the material and practical organisation of things, but rarely spend any time preparing for the inevitable transition.
What are the main principles for a balanced married life?
The first is almost certainly to understand that nothing can ever be taken for granted. The second is that it is crucial to spend time working on a relationship. The third and final principle is learning how to deal with difficulties, because they are inevitable. When tensions arise, it is important to remember that 95% of problems can be resolved with the right strategies.

Arnaud Ulrich, co-founder of Coopleo.care
We are taught everything in life — except how to be in a relationship with someone, or how to make it last. With this in mind, Coopleo.care offers the first fully digital platform exclusively devoted to family health.
