Founded in 2018 by Maxime Delavallée and his associates Ilhem Jaï and Camille Greco, CrushON has quickly become a key player in the circular fashion space. Starting off as a B2C marketplace, the company took off by supporting the sector's long-standing brands in their transition to larger-scale circular models. Today, CrushON hosts 3,000 professional resellers, operates a network of 120 physical and digital points of sale, and supports leading names such as Galeries Lafayette, Vinted and La Redoute.
In an effort to structure its growth, the company now offers brands a comprehensive solution called CrushON Connect, a software service that optimises inventory management and procurement without taking up cashflow. The result is a drastic reduction in environmental impact, with more than 3,000 tons of CO2 and 873 million litres of water saved as of 2024. Having benefited from B Corp certification since 2021, the company embodies a strategic and sustainable response to the current ecological crisis.
As president of the Fédération de la Mode Circulaire, Maxime Delavallée and his team bring together more than 300 members across Europe, from the biggest names including LVMH, Kering and SMCP to pure players such as Vestiaire Collective, Vinted and Intersport, as well as a new generation of start-ups committed to repairing, recycling and upcycling. "True modernity is about durability. True fashion is something that can be passed on, repaired and recycled," says Maxime Delavallée. "It's about everything that extends the life of a garment, from skills to materials. Today, the sector's future depends on a reinvention of its practices."
