Founded in Singapore in 1994 by Gilles Dyan, Opera Gallery has established itself as a major player in the modern, post-war and contemporary art market. Backed by an international network, the gallery is continuing to expand with a new space opened in Houston this spring. At its Paris branch, directed by Marion Petitdidier, Opera Gallery has forged a long-term partnership with BARNES.
As part of this close collaboration, the BARNES Saint-Honoré and BARNES Bac-Varenne offices are hosting exhibitions of Jean-Charles Blais, an artist who came to prominence in the 1980s and whose work continues to occupy a unique place on the contemporary art scene.
