To lead this first five-star address, the leading luxury real estate group has appointed Sébastien de la Croix, a seasoned hotelier whose career has taken him through some of the finest establishments, from the Hôtel de Crillon and the InterContinental Paris Champs-Élysées to the Martinez in Cannes. A choice in keeping with BARNES's ambitions in hospitality, built around a singular concept that combines the experience of five-star hotel service with the independence and privacy of a Parisian pied-à-terre. 'Feeling at home in a hotel, and vice versa,' as the General Manager of Maison BARNES Paris Trocadéro puts it.

Behind its discreet façade, the address brings both promises to life, just moments from the Trocadéro and the Champs-Élysées. The property features 16 apartments ranging from 45 to 110 square metres, including five signature apartments, each with carefully considered, personalised décor. All are complemented by tailor-made services: breakfast, room service, a dedicated concierge, personal training, massages and more, all bookable in advance via a dedicated app. "This allows us to anticipate our guests' needs, while focusing on what matters most: people," explains Sébastien de la Croix, before adding: "Connection and exchange lie at the heart of our vision of hospitality. It is an approach our guests greatly appreciate, including some who were previously accustomed to more traditional luxury hotels."

The address also includes a fitness area, wellness facilities, a lounge, a peaceful inner garden and a massage room. Throughout, the atmosphere reflects the spirit of an elegant family home. Here, simplicity never comes at the expense of exacting standards, and chic is expressed in a more relaxed way. "A family spirit, but never over-familiar," concludes the man at the helm, who wants guests to feel entirely at home. Everything contributes to that feeling, from the option of calling on a private chef to entertain friends in one's apartment, to a trunk service allowing belongings to be left between stays. The address also marks a broader new chapter for BARNES, which is set to bring together its hospitality, dining and events activities under one single brand.
