Château Jasson — The Promise of Terroir

Château Jasson embodies a rare vision of Provence, where wine becomes the faithful expression of an exceptional terroir, cultivated with precision and deep respect for the living world. Set between sea and hills, driven by the commitment of a new generation and an uncompromising pursuit of excellence, the estate crafts cuvées now found on the finest tables around the world.

At Château Jasson, it is not simply about producing wine, but about revealing a rare place nestled between the Mediterranean and the Massif des Maures, where every element seems to exist in quiet harmony. Nothing is left to chance, yet nothing is ever forced. The vineyard is tended like a living work, guided with precision and humility. The soils are carefully cultivated, nourished with organic inputs, hedgerows are restored, and natural balances are preserved. Harvests are carried out entirely by hand, often at night, to maintain the freshness and integrity of the fruit.

This constant and uncompromising standard is also embodied by a new generation. At Château Jasson, a young winemaker, Félix de Saint Vincent, shaped by the great terroirs of Burgundy, brings a passionate and nuanced understanding of the land. From this experience comes a taste for precision, balance, and the ability to let the soil speak with remarkable delicacy. This philosophy finds its purest expression in the Château Jasson cuvée, in both rosé and white, two interpretations of the same exceptional terroir, rendered with such precision that they achieve a sense of pure clarity.

It would not be an overstatement to say that Château Jasson represents a kind of Romanée-Conti of the Côte de Provence. Not through imitation, but through an inner ambition to reveal a wine of place, distinctive and singular, guided by a quiet pursuit of perfection. In the cellar, the same discipline prevails. Cold settling, temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation, no malolactic fermentation. Every technical choice serves a single purpose: to preserve tension, purity, and aromatic precision. Nothing is added, nothing is forced. The wine remains true to its origin.

The 2025 rosé, crafted from grenache and cinsault vines over sixty years old, stands out for its fine texture and balance. Notes of citrus, peach, and exotic fruits unfold with elegance. There is a precision and verticality here that naturally places it among the finest gastronomic wines. The 2025 white, driven by rolle and ugni blanc, offers a broader yet equally refined profile. A subtle, almost saline note extends the aromatics and reflects its maritime origins.

It is therefore no coincidence that Château Jasson is now present in some of the world's most iconic destinations, from Cheval Blanc St-Barth to Sénéquier, and on the tables of Daniel Boulud in New York. The estate naturally belongs wherever excellence is expected and authenticity recognised. Château Jasson thus transcends a simple regional expression. It embodies a Provence that is elevated, precise, and timeless.
