Corsica, a Naturally Discreet Market

Between sea and mountains

Between sea and mountains, Corsica confirms its appeal to an international clientele in search of authenticity, in a market that is restricted by nature.

Corsica, a Naturally Discreet Market

The Île de Beauté enjoys a unique position on the French property market, combining preserved landscapes, a spectacular coastline and low-density urbanisation. This natural scarcity helps sustain a steadily growing high-end market. The most sought-after areas are in Balagne, around Calvi and L'Île-Rousse, as well as in the far south, between Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio. These sectors concentrate the most exclusive properties, notably villas with sea views or direct beach access.

Demand focuses primarily on character properties integrated into their surroundings, with high-end amenities and well-designed outdoor spaces. Waterfront properties remain the rarest and most sought after. The clientele is predominantly French, supplemented by a growing share of international buyers won over by the authenticity and long-term appreciation potential.
